The ground rules for orders, bookings and catering arranged through this site.
Food orders
An order sent through this website is a request, not a completed sale. It is confirmed once we call or email you back. We may decline or adjust an order — for example if an item has sold out — and we will always tell you before preparing it.
Prices shown on this site exclude tax and any delivery charge. Prices can change; the price confirmed with you at the time of order is the one that applies.
Delivery placed through Clover, DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub is governed by that platform's own terms.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee a dish is free of traces. Tell us about an allergy when you order and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.
Banquet hall bookings
- The hall accommodates 50 to 130 guests. Bookings run between one and six hours, within an 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM window, up to 365 days ahead.
- Hall hire is charged per seat at the rate shown at the time of booking. Setup and clear-down take place inside your booked hours.
- A security deposit is required to hold a date. A date is only reserved once that deposit is received — submitting the form alone does not hold it.
- The balance is due on the day of the event unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Final guest numbers should be confirmed at least fourteen days before the event.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms for deposits are confirmed with you in writing at the time of booking. Where we have to cancel — for example because of a facility problem or something genuinely outside our control — we will refund your deposit in full and help you find an alternative date.
Catering
Catering quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing. Tray and per-person pricing on this site excludes tax, staffing, rentals and delivery unless stated. Delivery is available within 25 miles of Bolingbrook; beyond that, ask us.
Conduct at events
You are responsible for your guests and for any damage to the premises or equipment caused during your event. We reserve the right to end an event where safety or the law requires it.
This website
We try to keep menus, prices and availability accurate, but errors happen and dishes change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm it with you. Content, photography and design on this site belong to Taj Restaurant and Banquet.
